While some of our colleagues were in Geneva at the UN’s AI for Good Global Summit, we also had two events in our hometown, Cluj-Napoca.
First, Fondation Botnar, the prestigious Swiss organization, visited us with the OurCity initiative. This initiative aims to foster innovative solutions for urban challenges, and we were thrilled to showcase our groundbreaking technology and discuss how it can transform city life for the visually impaired.
Simultaneously, the Eurocities event took place, bringing together city leaders and policymakers from across Europe, with the aim to share ideas and experiences on how cities can become greener, more innovative, and more resilient by nurturing local ecosystems and talents. We are happy to be an example of this, having a booth at the event, where tens of people from the public sector tested our technology, asked questions, and explored the potential of the .lumen Glasses for enhancing urban accessibility.
One of the highlights was the visit of Mr. Emil Boc, Mayor of Cluj-Napoca, to our booth, sharing his constant support for our mission to make cities more inclusive for all, and spreading the news about our work by going live on social media.
We are grateful for the opportunity to present .lumen at these significant events and to connect with so many passionate individuals and organizations dedicated to improving urban living.
Thank you, Fondation Botnar and Eurocities, for the incredible experiences!
