.lumen, the Romanian start-up that develops glasses for the blind, had the privilege of hosting Traian Urban, Director of Innovation Hub East at EIT Urban Mobility, at their headquarters.
EIT Urban Mobility, an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), has been working since January 2019 to bring positive changes to urban mobility and make cities more livable. Their goal is to become the largest European initiative dedicated to transforming urban mobility.
During his Romanian tour, Mr. Traian Urban, the Director of Innovation Hub East at EIT Urban Mobility, specifically visited .lumen, making it the sole start-up in Romania to be included in the tour.
What does this mean for .lumen?
The .lumen team shared the latest demo product with Traian Urban, highlighting the remarkable progress they have achieved in the field of urban mobility for the visually impaired. Having dedicated immense effort to developing groundbreaking technologies, .lumen takes great pride in having their hard work acknowledged as they continue to strive for a better world and empower individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
