.lumen is the only Romanian start-up to participate in the renowned AlchemistX accelerator program in Canada.
What does this mean for .lumen?
This opportunity has opened doors to invaluable connections with local industry players who can assist in introducing .lumen's groundbreaking technology to Canada.
A local team of entrepreneurs with experience in social entrepreneurship ranging from assistive technologies to inclusive workspaces has been assembled. In the last 3 years, they have raised over $20 million to support the purchase of assistive technologies or to create workplaces inclusive for people on the Autism Spectrum. This was done with the support of Alchemist, and together with the .lumen team, a local pilot in Canada is being explored.
What's next?
Further progress has been made in collaborating with local associations and programs in the Alberta region to introduce assistive technologies. This milestone underscores .lumen's commitment to leveraging technology for social impact and inclusivity.
