How do you order?
You can reserve our glasses using the reservation link on our product page. While we take reservations globally, we currently only ship in our home market of Romania. We will open shipping to international destinations very soon, prioritizing locations with the most interest. Reservations are non-binding and will be confirmed by our sales team as soon as shipping becomes available in your region.
Warranty & Service
We offer 24 months warranty for all our glasses. In case of technical issues, please contact us at contact@dotlumen.com and we will be in touch with you ASAP.
Shipping
Shipping is currently only open in Romania, in 3-6 months from order placement with the first shipments expected in April 2026. Shipping arrangements are coordinated individually with every customer by our sales team.
